A Denver jeweler brought me this Yellow Opal fantasy cut which needed to be repaired.
Unfortunately, the photos of what it looked like 'before' it was repaired got accidentally deleted. I hate when that happens. I still wanted to show you photos of this stone.
This is the top of the stone.
The bottom of this stone had been chipped.
The ridges of the fantasy cuts are the parts of the stone which usually get damaged.
I have to be extra carful when repairing this stone because it is Opal because Opal chips much more easily while working on it.
