Opal and Onyx composite Inlay ring
A local jewelry designer used to have us laminate Opal between layers of black Onyx.
The Onyx sets off the colors in the Opal.
It is a nice way to get the effects of Opal in a thin stripe and also the striking black look of the Onyx all at the same time
These rings are very eye-catching and this jeweler sold many of them years ago.
